We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to identify leads and prospects and turn those into paying customers.

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) you are responsible for identifying leads and prospects and approaching them to generate interest in our services. You work with the sales and project teams to turn qualified leads into customers. You’re not just a Sales Professional, Networking is just part of who you are. You like to get to know new companies to analyze how we can add value to potential customers.

Specifically, this means:

  • always looking for new customers
  • look for prospective companies that could benefit from our eCommerce solutions and services and contact these companies to turn them into leads
  • in discussions with leads, you look for opportunities for cooperation and can explain the benefits they can expect from us
  • if the company is interested, you involve our technical experts and negotiate a contract
  • meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • negotiating contracts with prospective clients
  • helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • understanding and promoting company products and services
  • visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • answering any questions potential clients may have

Requirements:

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) you have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You are a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You have gathered your experience in an eCommerce context in the service-level software sales and you know how to build an eCommerce network.

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d), you bring the following into our team:

  • You have experience of selling in a business, ideally eCommerce, context
  • You like to know the technical ins and outs of the products and services you sell
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly
  • Good time management skills

Ideally you also bring some of the following along:

  • You have a degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years sales experience·
  • Good understanding of eCommerce and CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce
  • A solid understanding of the software development process, especially in an agile context.
